Scholarships
Although our courses are offered at cost, we believe that persons should not be unduly constrained by financial resources to further their knowledge or careers. We have been able to achieve significant cost reductions through the use of technology, while preserving the quality of your development experience. We are further prepared to offer partial or full scholarships to persons wishing to pursue individual courses on our platform, based on individual circumstances.
Our goal through this is to level the playing field for talented minds who might not otherwise have the resources, enabling those persons to access the practical education and skills needed to thrive in today’s globalized, technology-driven environment. Scholarships are provided to help ensure that persons can become globally competitive and can deliver value to any organisation, anywhere in the world, in real-time.
Scholarships are open to all persons who have internet access and can prove sufficient knowledge of the English language. Non-English applications must be accompanied by official English translation document that is notarized prior to submission. Applicants must be 18 years and older or alternatively provide parental consent prior to accessing a scholarship.
Preference is given to:
- Youths neither employed nor on education or training programmes,
- Professionals from low-income households,
- Women – as survivors of abuse – seeking to re-enter the workplace
- Orphans under care of a registered orphanage preparing for entry into the workplace
If you think you are deserving of any scholarships to access a course provided by us, please email us at admin@pdmacademy.com, outlining the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Contact Information (Mobile and Email contact)
- The Program of Interest to You
- Your circumstances that justify your receipt of a scholarship
We aim to respond to any application received in the order of receipt, within 72 hours of receipt. The timing of response may be delayed based on the number of applications received. We commit to treating with each application received, and will reply directly to the address from which the application was received, unless otherwise stipulated in the email.
Notice: Scholarships are granted partially, in-full or are declined solely at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee of Professional Alliance Network (Caribbean) Ltd. and PDMAcademy (panCaribbean).
By submitting an application for scholarship you agree to all terms and conditions of panCaribbean, and verify that all information to be full and true at the time of submission. panCaribbean and its designates reserve the right to cancel or defer the granting of scholarships at any time, for any purpose, based on the decisions of the Scholarship Committee.
